Hi, cokiepop! :)

Plateaus are common on an FTS weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) journey for most of us.
I've run into many along mine.

Stay the course rules as Doug describes in his book, and you continue to will lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/).
But sometimes, just changing something like lowering protein and raising fat intake can create the "metabolic spark" you need to get your engine going again.

If you change things up and still are on a plateau in 3 weeks, post your menu plan so that we can "debug" it.

Persevere cokiepop....if you have been eating the same foods over and over again - as we sometimes do with our favourites - shake it up and have something totally different, something you have never had.  Drink more water.....

I increased my healthy fats while keeping carbs around 20 net I fell off the wagon and getting back on. People say I look good but my energy is so low now.

Hi, Susie! :)

Our bodies know if they feel good or they don't.
That tired feeling is a way of them telling us we're eating too many carbs.

Been there a number of times.
And the solution has always worked... FTS!
