1 tsp cocoa powder =1 carb
1/2 tsp water
Blend these together then add
1/4 cup low fat ricotta =3 carbs
add sweetener of your choice to taste
microwave to warm

YUM!

Are you making fun of me.... Yes sugar, replace the low fat with the regular Ricotta and you'll remove those additional carbs. I'm excited to have Umpa make your recipe....I'm so spoiled
