Can't wait to start my new lifestyle

Hello everyone my name is Alicia and I am new to FTS. I am waiting for my book to arrive and could not be more excited  ;D after reading all these success stories. I have known for quiet some time now that I am overweight but just have not cared to really push myself to fix it. I have finally had enough as I have hit my all time heaviest of 195 lbs at only 5' 2" (including being 9 months pregnant  :o) I need to do this first of all for myself but also for my 2 beautiful girls.

Thanks!  My book comes tomorrow.  Jan 2nd will be the official first day. 1 last traditional family meal on New Years day!

Welcome Alicia - best bit of advice - clear out all the stuff you shouldn't be having.  If that is a bit difficult due to family life, clear a space and put all the stuff that is fts friendly in it and only use the things there (you won't be tempted if you don't have to rummage through 'unfriendly' foods).  And post often, we are here to help.
