I'm going to try this without the egg...I hope it works and is still sturdy enough for a boca patty...would like to cut it more square or round...hope it cuts without falling apart.

Noel, have you tried the prepackaged 100 calorie almond packs? They come in little packets and they have cinnamon roasted, vanilla roasted, and chocolate roasted and they are only 2 net carbs a pack and it helps control the grazing :)

Yes Doug you're right :) I've learned to try things and incorporate healthy and filling ingredients into many dishes, not just to fill, but add to the protein and Omega 3s and overall general health! I'm actually transforming my diet into not just vegan and low-carb, but mostly organic and non-GMO too :D LOVE health.

If I do have a "break through" sweet, it's a dark chocolate bar with 15g of fiber and only 2net carbs called European Dark Chocolate and it's vegan, non-GMO, organic, and low carb :D is there really anything better? LOL

I just wanted to add that for 22 days I went without sweets :) I have decided that 6 days a year I will allow them, berries not included. Makes it extra nice :D

Very much so...it's a greater challenge, but to feel better and be healthier is worth the hassle.

Thanks!!! I did the cauli pizza with peppers, spinach, basil, and olives :) it was wonderful. I am down two more pounds today. I know what you mean about having babies being hard on your body. I never have been one of those women who can pop em out and snap back into the old body  >:( but I get closer everyday ;) it's a struggle, no lie, but I feel soooo much better. Today on the menu is squash and zucchini with petite diced tomatoes, lemon juice, and seasonings :D

Yup Tony...it is harder :) the first time I did FTS, I was vegan and successful! It was hard but like you said, doable...just gotta think outside the box...or outside the dairy ;) tonight I'm making a low-carb, vegan cauliflower pizza with olives, bell pepper, spinach, and Rao's marinara ;) SOOO excited! BTW...ya'll should try Frostie's diet Rootbeer...it's AMAZING ;) it comes in a glass bottle and it's so good...in moderation of course ;)
