If I found a recipe that uses carbquick can I replace it with almond meal if so is the same amount ? recipe calls for 1/2 cup carbquick then should I use  1/2 cup of almond meal ? Or what is best to do ? Thanks Umpa

yes.Carbquick also has baking powder and salt so you will have to add those.I don't like carbquick personally because it  has a aftertaste I don't like and its wicked expensive.
