Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds

I bought Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds on my last trip to Walmart.  I love them, they have a dark Chocolate flavor.
You must be mindful of the portion size because they have 3g of carbs and 1g of sugar for 1/4 of a cup.  I will definately
buy them again.

I pay a little more for the 100-calorie packs because it keeps me from eating too much. I think those are 2 carbs, so you might get less. I also like the Emerald Almond Walnut mix.

That's good, Umpa. I figured it must be because I keep seeing the capsules in stores. I don't use those, but I add it to my foods, especially the One-Minute Muffin. A little cinnamon and some Walden Farms Apple Butter makes those a real treat.

We don't have Publix here, but most stores carry Emerald nuts, so maybe I can find the cinnamon ones sometime. :)

Ok I just bought some and just for FYI ............They are very good and 3 carbs per 1 ounce . They were on sale too biy one get one free !!!!
