Hi. I was not able to get my sugar levels under control until I stopped drinking any kind of pop. My levels 2 hours after a meal would be 2 - 5 points lower when I did not have pop.  I would think it would also affect a non diabetics insulin levels - though not as much as a diabetics.

Excellent video. It is time people realize that fat is not the real enemy.

I was diagnosed 6 years ago with type 2. My fasting glucose was 46 mmol/l ( that is over 600 mg/dl for those in the US.). Upon arrival in the hospital it was over 64, and yes I should have died.

I almost puke every time a see a food commercial that tries to say their cereal/granola bars/sunny d is good for you.
