We have tomatoes galore on our plants growing on our deck here in the Florida Keys and tonight we'll enjoy the sausage stew! We use the stew recipe with Italian Sausage thrown in and a teaspoon of fennel seeds. :)

Mary & I love Italian squash, so I'm so happy to see the various ways you've cooked them in this video.

I made the zucchini strips and sauteed in olive oil & a little butter. Cooked down 3 peeled tomatoes & added Mrs. Dash's Garlic & herb and some basil. I had some leftover turkey meatballs in the freezer, diced them up and added to the sauce.  Spread the sauce on the zucchini "noodles". Mary loved it so much. She said it tasted better than pasta.

Doug Varrieur:
All of those components are meant for each other and have wonderful flavor. Pasta itself really has no flavor, I don't miss it a bit!
