I used to make a cool frosting with corn syrup and egg whites.

I would love to duplicate this without my blood sugar going through the roof.

Hi Sharlet,  I just copied this recipe in my cookbook to try in preparation for this Thanksgiving.  I haven't tried it out as of yet but it sure sounds interesting  :) It's pretty much marshmallow cream until you let them dry.  Please let us know if you do give it a try.
