EASY LOW CARB Garlic and Sesame Edamame



Ingredients

1 bag frozen whole Edamame
4 cloves garlic diced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sesame oil
salt

Directions

1- Bring some salted water to a boil and cook the Edamame for 5 minutes
2- Strain the Edamame and set aside
3- Bring the butter and oil up to medium heat in a non stick skillet
4- Saute the garlic till it just starts to turn color
5- Toss in the Edamame and sesame seeds stir well then salt to your liking
6- Serve!
