Here's why -
80 is significant to me because that's how many pounds I lost by implementing the Fat to Skinny way of eating for a year. My weight still fluctuates a bit and probably always will, but I have kept that weight off for the most part for the past couple of years since achieving that goal.
26.2 is significant to me because that's how many miles I ran this past Sunday as I completed my first full marathon (the Space Coast Marathon in Cocoa, Florida).
Forever grateful for Doug's book and his common-sense way of explaining how to lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/)!

I am so proud of you!!!! ;D I remember when we read Born To Run and you told me about your passion for running and how you wanted to run again! I like it when people set a goal and achieve it! It shows you are in control of your life and destiny ;D

Way to go Scott. While running isn't my passion, I like riding my bike. I have no interest in racing, but I would love to work my way up to some long distance bike trips. Your story is truly an inspiration.

Congratulations Scott, wonderful story. Pic looks great!

Kudos to ya, Scott!!! :) :) :) :) :)
I'm so happy to hear how well you're doing!
As another with years of "FTS Health", I wish every one of our FTS family that same joy.
As part of being living human beings, our bodies are constantly changing.
And weight fluctuation is a normal and expected part of that.
But being able to stay close to our goal weights is one of FTS's many blessings.
It represents truly winning the "battle of the bulge". ;D
Stay in touch, buddy! :)
