I love Salmon, heads and all. Are there any recipes to keep it FTS?

Welcome to the FTS family, madoctor!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)
Good news!... The entire salmon is FTS-friendly!
For good recipes, look into our recipe sections on the front page of this forum.
You can also find recipes in other sections of the forum, such as "General Discussion".
Salmon can be prepared using most fish recipes.
For those, and other dinner recipes, see;

My favourite is to sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and crispy fry the outside - careful to not overcook. Served with some tsaziki dip (watch the carb count on this), cucumber and few slices tomato (chopped). Yummo

All fish except Mussels are fat to skinny friendly ;) Welcome to the forum :)

I love salmon - All sounds good to me - will have to check out the recipes i the forum. When I go to an Italian restaurant, believe it or not, and my husband grumbles at this, but I will always buy salmon. As I am Italian, I have experienced first hand wonderful Italian cuisine, so going to restaurants just isn't the same thing. So, I buy Salmon and love it.

Have you ever tried steelhead trout Ereino? :)

Have you ever tried steelhead trout Ereino? :)
Steelhead trout are the Cadillac of fresh water fish for flavor!
They taste like delicious stream-run rainbow trout with a bit of salmon overtone.
So YUMMY!!! :) :) :)

Have never tried steelhead trout. Our cabin site has a Class A stream running through it and has rainbow trout. We are going to try and catch a few this weekend.
I suppose one can buy steelhead trout and a fish market or a higher end grocery store?
Thanks Umpa, I'll give it a try.
