These are great and make a nice side dish!
Whole Green Beans (1 can will make about 6 bundles)
3 slices of bacon cut in half (1 for each bundle)
Garlic salt
Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Butter
make bundle with green beans and wrap half piece of bacon around (you can use tooth pick to secure)
Mix in microwave or stove top - butter, garlic salt, & sugar free maple syrup to melt butter.
Pour mixture over bundles and cook in 375 oven until bacon is done (approximately 35 - 45 minutes).

Amber, that sounds really good. What would figure the carb count on those? What about using asparagus?

suzlyn454 - sorry for not responding sooner. Have a new grandbaby (8 weeks early, but all are well) so I haven't been on-line much. I believe 1/2 cup of green beans has 3 carbs and that would be approximately 2 of these bundles. I use bacon with 0 carb and the sf syrup is 0 carbs. Hope this helps.

Congrats on the new baby! It is so great having a new baby in the family. They keep everyone young and bring loads of smiles. Enjoy Amber! :) :)
