Title: ~~~One Month Weigh In~~
Post by: Stephanie on July 21, 2012, 09:33:02 AM: drum roll please......... total loss in one month= 13lbs. I am so excited. My boyfriend anxiously waits to hear my weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) every week. He is such a great support system. Despite him not being on board yet with FTS ( he mentioned to me the other day, "I might try what you are doing, can I read your book : ) He eats generally healthy and is conscious of what he is putting in his body. My weigh in today not only has me thrilled and has given me a sense of self peace, but can not help but be anxious. I am anxious to lose the rest of the weight I want to and know that I will be able to keep it off and be HAPPY. Not have to count calories, not weigh things, not count points!!! Here's to week 5 friends!!! ;D

Umpa, Never in my wildest dreams did I think that it would ever be this simple. I am sold for life and have already committed myself to a low carb lifestyle FOREVER!!! I feel great.

I love how you put this Andrea! I used to babysit some kids when I was a teen (loved them) who counted days to important events (like the amusement park) in "sleeps". Every time I hear it I go "awwww"
