Chocolate Beanit Butter Cookies
« on: January 08, 2012, 03:00:48 PM »
I'm not sure if anyone has made these or posted a pic, but I decided to add mine. It's the same Beanit Butter recipe, along with a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. You know me and chocolate & peanut butter! Where there's a will, there's a way!

You can, but it's nice and subtle. I used IM Healthy 1-carb soynut butter for these. I prefer Beanit Butter, but I have to order that online and it's a pain sometimes. A couple stores around here carry the 1-carb type, so that works in a pinch. They're actually darker in color than appear here. The flash lit them up a bit.
