All right, that's a little more like it. Down 3 pounds this week. Pretty sure that won't happen every week, but that's fine. I try not to get too high about anything, or too low about anything. Just keep pushing ahead in the right direction.
But it would be easy to get excited about the cooler weather here in Florida! I just got back from a run and it's 68 degrees here in beautiful little Safety Harbor. This will make it easy easier to ramp up my mileage to the half-marathon in February.
Hope you all have a fantastic week!

Way to go Scott! That's a great lose this week. I have to agree about the weather. It was 70 when I got up this morning and fantastic!
Good luck this week. :)

Thanks for the reminder Tony - must have been fate - when I read your quote I suddenly realised I had so been focusing on my plateau and trying to break it, making food a real issue again when it doesn't have to be.
ta again :)

Its so much easier when you accept fat to skinny as a lifestyle change Morgan. This is just how you eat from now on.The weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) will be a by product of your new lifestyle. ;)

I guess it is truly relative. To me, in the Northeast, Doug and Umpa are south...

When I lived in Maine, a local comedian joked about going south for the winter, but he was disappointed because he didn't really see much better weather in Vermont.
