Umpa, I stumbled upon this recipe and it looks great.  What would be the best way to FTS it?

Asian Broccoli Salad
printable version

1 package broccoli slaw??***replace with fresh  broccolli and shredded green and purple cabbage
1 package chicken ramen noodles broken into pieces, with seasoning packet replace with ****shiritaki spagetti with soy and ginger dressing
1/2 cup salad oil***Reduce this to 1/4 cup if you use ginger dressing
1/4 cup white vinegar**to taste
1/4 cup sugar ****replace with FAT TO SKINNY ZERO Sweetener
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup  sesame sticks***For this i would use sesame seeds for flavor, and some thinly sliced red pepper for additional crunch

If you like this type of dish you would also like Doug's shrimp lo mein its in the recipe section and it is wicked good!

Thanks, Umpa.  I really appreciate your help.  It sounded like a good recipe but wasn't sure what to replace the 'bad' things with.  As far as Dougs shrimp dish... I am allergic to most seafoods  :'(

I've got a nice head of broccoli and the entire ingredient list.... sounds like lunch tomorrow. Might throw in some grilled deer meat for an extra protein punch :)
