I used about 3-4  of the cocoa and 3 of the mayo I hope it taste good because it sure smells good

I am making this for my girl's low carb weekend.  Can I use 18 drops of Zero in place of the xylitol?  I think my basic question is whether or not the bulk of the xylitol is ever an issue and if so, in what type of recipe.

Yes 18 drops is correct Andrea ;) I have made cookies,cakes,pies,tarts,cheesecakes and ice cream with Zero and filler has yet to be a issue :)
