I know it took me a while to join in the back and forth on the forum but it sure is fun.
I think the forum does an amazing job at providing an open door. To all the newbies, with a few exceptions, we don't know each other outside this forum. Come on in and join the fun. It's anonymous and rewarding and reinforcing.

I enjoy the morning discussions, too. I have a desk job and am at a computer all day long so my FTS forum breaks are the most fun part of my day.

My agent is shopping the Bakery to Publishers.The first cookbook is in the new revised edition of fat to skinny at Barnes and Nobles.I am sure at some point they will pick up the rest Suzanne.Have you read the Cherry Tree Andrea? You would love it!
My favorite quote is "You can't control the world but you can control the 8 feet around you" I have said that to my kids a million times! Takes away all their excuses ;)

Yep Andrea! Its like eating chocolate cake for breakfast! I should be working too but I am foruming! I love being a grown up with no children at home! :D

I have some friends that will enter empty-nesthood this fall and they're worried. I try to be sympathetic but I was cheering as they headed off to college. I think hobbies make a big difference and I recommend that all the husbands take up vacuuming and dusting.

Hey Andrea - Yeah, staying out of the heat. Luckily I work in an office! And the weekends we have been watching a lot of movies!! But sadly, I have to say I'd rather vaccuum than FISH!! It's that lack of patience thing lol... :D

Awww, thanks Andrea! I was on my hiatus when this happened but HOW NICE!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D Wish I would have caught this when you posted it. And cool! People really read my stuff!!! Truth is, I'm a writer and I love to write the way some people love to talk. Being recognized for writing anything is SO FLATTERING!

He passed on September 24, 1991 in La Jolla, CA, two months after my dad passed.
My dad died in Van Nuys, CA (about 130 miles away).
