I weighed in this morning, it will be 4 weeks on Monday since I began FTS. Today I have a total of 15 pounds off!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D oh yes I am grinning big! SO HAPPY! That may not sound like much to others, but I am not able to exercise much like others can at this time, so I think it is awesome.

15 pounds is a lot to lose for anyone. You are that much closer to your goal.
You should be very proud of what you're doing to improve your health.

Way to go! I can't budge... Can you send me a list of what your eating? Really... I'm struggling here. Still only lost the first bit of weight. I'm doing something wrong.

Well I am huge thereby maybe I can loose more faster than you for now, if you only have a few pounds to loose. Really read your labels it is unreal where they hide carbs, like I had gotten this cauliflower with cheese sauce, it was loaded in carbs , I could not eat it, they had put corn syrup in the cheese sauce. I have usually meat and eggs for breakfast. I use the tortilla shells and the Josephs pita that we are allowed. Lunch is usually a meat and cheese roll up, or a pizza that i make using the low carb tortilla. Supper is meat, with veggies, like green beans, salad, cauliflower.
Only let myself have one diet pop a day if that, you have to watch the sweeteners. Just really read the labels.
