Title: SherriPie Meal Plan 1/25/11 (how did it get to be the end of Jan already?)

I woke up this morning feeling like myself again with a full appetite and I lost a pound over night! Woo hoo!!



Breakfast:
Steak, Egg and Cheese in half of a flax seed pita (so good!!)  3-carbs


Dinner:
Hamburger bacon patty     total: 3 carbs
Cheese Broccoli
Kosher Pickle spear

Late night snack: SF Jello and Land-o-lakes whipped cream 0-carbs
