Yesterday was a crazy day for me. I started working on the forum e mail issues at 7am with a pot of coffee....next thing I knew it was 7pm and Umpa was saying "Hey Doug are you going to eat dinner?"  :o :o  wasn't hungry at all during the day, to preoccupied with the software

Anyway, she made fried chicken cubes wrapped in bacon and wasabi cole slaw....that was all I ate yesterday

Dinner- 2 carbs

6 bacon chicken wraps
1 cup of slaw

I've had some days like that too, Doug.

When these days come along, we need to make a point of eating SOMETHING during the day.
I keep a package of protein bars and beef jerky in my desk for such days.

I also keep a Post-It Sticky near my PC monitor that says two words... "Eat Right!".
When I notice it, I check my hunger.

Not eating for too long a period of time might cause our bodies to think there is famine.
When that happens, they will begin to store whatever energy they can... And we know what that could mean!
