B: Atkins shake, kiwi fruit (some sort of food so I can take my metformin)
L: Atkins shake
Snack: SF Russell Stover chocolate/strawberry
D: grilled chicken/bacon/cheese/mushrooms, green beans
dessert: last piece of keylime cheesecake
LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still feel a little hungry, but I don't do this often. I am doing it to get past this plateau I've been on.
