I've started lifting weights again, now that I have more energy I can do more, yay! Right now my muscles are weak and flabby, so hopefully within a few months I will gain some muscle along with some definition throughout my body, and tone up. I'm feeling a little pain, but that just means I got a major workout.
Here is my food for Oct. 9
(1.) You guessed it Chicken, yum
(2.) more chicken
(3.) beef fillets wrapped in bacon ( I love bacon...I'm surprised nobody jumped on that one lol)
(4.) Pork rinds & 2 S/F Candies = 2 carbs
(5.) ground turkey with 3 green olives and some bacon bits, and half a cup of green beans = 3 carbs
(6.) strawberries with whipped cream = 5 carbs
