If you don't already have one, I'd suggest a Taylor 7506 Precision Tech Lithium-Battery Electronic Glass-Chrome Scale.
They are currently $27.00 (including shipping) at Amazon.com.

I took mine to my doc's office and weighed myself on it and on his digital medical scale.
They both had identical readings to 2/10ths of a pound.

Thank you for the information Tony, it would be nice to have a scale that weighed to the tenth.  Every little bit counts!!!
