These are recommended in the FTS book and are so great!  $3.98 at Wal Mart - Raspberry is great in a shake  ;)

Amber if you can find it the brown sugar and cinnamon is so good!!  It smells like a cinnamon roll in a bottle...LOL  I got mine at a World Market, but I know you can order them on-line to.  I've only seen a few flavors at Walmart but I was happy to see that they have some...   ;D ;D  The brown sugar and cinnamon is wonderful to bake with especially in the one minute muffin  ;)
