Here I go again

Hi!  I'm new here ...again.  I was doing so good months ago and got away from it.  I'm not sure why and I'm not going to worry about that anymore.  I'm starting over again.  I have gained but only 4 pounds.  I know from experience that they will be gone in no time.  I know this way of eating is the best for me.  I lost weight and I felt healthier.  I was healthier and had more energy.  I sure do miss that feeling.  I won't say wish me luck because I already know luck has nothing to do with it.  I only need to follow the FTS books and I'll get there.  I only hope that I don't fail again.  Cathy

Welcome Back Cathy ! It is not how many times you fall off the FTS horse ,its how many times you get back on !!! No luck needed just no more then 20 carbs !!!

Oh Cathy, do you want to see the bruises on my butt from all my falls?  ok, maybe not.. lol jk
I have had my struggles, but the biggest one was doubting myself.. I am passed that now and well, you can see I have been losing..

You are in good hands and when you feel down, the F2S family will be here... I try to tell everyone to make sure you get the cookbook and bakery book. I feel it releases the stress of trying to figure out what to make and what not to use and so on..Then once you have it down packed, go for it on your own.. That was my easiest way.. jmho.....

wow, I'm overwhelmed.  Thank you all!  I did my grocery shopping yesterday and I did well.  I'm going for the cookbook tomorrow on my lunch break.  Although I am a good cook but there are some things that I'm not sure on how to cook. 
@Maddysmom - yes, I think I do need to pop in daily, if only to read.
