Made my first goal.....

WHOOOOO HOOOOO....MET MY FIRST GOAL.....

Started just after last Christmas at around 350....my scales are showing an even 300....

Watch out next 20....if I blink, I'll miss you leaving!!!!!!

Even people are commenting on how I look.  Feel better, I do more, and I don't huff and puff.

Keep it up and you will be at your goal.  You should get a ticker and keep track of the pounds going down.

50 lbs is HUGE!!!  Next time you are at the store, find a 50# bag of dog food and heft it; just think, that's how much you were hauling around every day!  Congrats!  You are doing so great!
