I guess I'm biast! But, here in Jacksonville, Fl. all you ever hear about is that freakin Dr. OZ commercials! Doug, you seriously need a commercial or two! Just sayin! ;D

Hello Neighbor,
Me and the Girls are just down the creek from you in Palatka.
When I swing my TV tower around the J,ville way I get the same
stuff as you do and sometimes I catch that show I'm like you I
wish Doug's mug was on TV a lot more than it is. Want proof he
needs to be on TV more walk in any Walmart there's a whole
lot shaking and wiggling going on in the tatterchip and cookie
isle. If your like me I want to grab some of those fools stuff ride
out'a their buggys and say "I just saved you a early demise or
at least helped you dodge a heart attack.
Oh well , I'm threw now.

WOW it is amazing how you notice peoply buying or eating all those carbs. Even me, I notice it more now than ever and I am a s l o w looser but I know that the no carbs and no sugar (I call it no white stuff) is so much better for me. As far as Dr Oz goes, he has been preaching no white stuff for a long time, but he also says grains are good and I think they just make you hungrey for all the white flower stuff like pasta and sweets. I really think Doug has the right answers! I just wish the weight would fall off faster.

Barb, I notice now all the sugar that is shoved at us from every direction, too! And I also wish the weight would fall off faster - but I just noticed that my double chin is about gone, so my body is doing things without telling me, so I can wait for the scale to move. I'm trying to cooperate with my body as it has a mind of its own these days! I keep having to hike my pants up - YAY! I get to dry them in the dryer now. I'm so anticipating the new me!
A friend having a birthday told me to have a piece of cake - "just a little piece won't hurt you!" - I whipped out my Umpa cake and said, "Sure, I'll have a piece of cake with you - I brought my own!" Thank you, Umpa!
