Hi Everyone!

Has anyone else experienced leg cramps at night since starting on the lo carb lifestlyle?

You're not drinking enough water. It takes more liquid to digest protein than sugar. Increase your water intake. You can also add sugar free tonic water to your beverage list, it contains quinine, great fix for leg cramps. I squeeze a bit of lime or lemon into the glass.

Thank you so much Doug!  i know i don't drink enough water, too much tea and coffee, but i happen to love diet tonic water so i will start drinking it more. 
 :)
