Hi Doug,
I just bought your book and viewed your videos. My weight is 270lbs with a 48" waist, similar to the way you were.
I once was 220lbs with a 35" waist but that was many years ago.
Do you think that I could get back to where I was!
I am 6'2", how tall are you?
