Thank you so much Umpa, I really appreciate it.  I will make it as soon as my grandson is better.  He has the onset of pneumonia, strep, and influenza.  He has been extremely sick since Sat. so I haven't been able to do much except tend to him.  I appreciate all your hard work.

Jo what does the carton say? Is it eggbeaters egg whites? I use the dehydrated ones you buy in the baking aisle,called just whites.Normally for eggbeaters its 1/4 cup = one egg

Yes Joanne, and Jo 3 tablespoons is a 1/4 cup ;) ;)
We had this last night as strawberry shortcake! Yummy! And very filling!
