Great job, Doug!

Every time I see carrots in/on a food, I try to estimate the amount and carb count.
A medium sized carrot has about 4 net carb grams.

I don't use carrots either... producers insisted they wanted the color.

Stay away from the sweet marzetti dressings like the ones I put on fruit. Too high in carbs. The creamy dressings are very low and the Blue Cheese is to die for
