Bad Breath!!!!

 Has anyone had a problem with bad breath or odor from your stomach ???  Help...what can I do!?!?  Thanks

skychant's advice is right on! :) :) :)

During ketosis (a natural response during low carb weight loss), bad breath is common.
For most, it gets better as time goes by. ;)

Hi jobdab, welcome to the family  8) Unfortunately for some bad breath is a side effect of ketosis. Tony gave you the correct advice, lots of water and sugar free mints. This is not a mouth issue so brushing your teeth 15 times a day won't help.

I have to agree with Doug and tony. It goes away as soon as you body detox from sugar and your stomach clears all those things you used to eat. Hang in there my friend. I went through the same thing as you are going through and now my breath is clean and fresh.

Yes, I'm familiar with the detox Low Carb monster breath......I think the drinking lots of water does help quite a bit.
