Hi, Susie! :)

Does that graphic represent percentage of calories from fats, carbs, and proteins?
Or is it based on volume percentages of food eaten?

I use a tool called FitDay.
Like most, it's "calorie centered". But it does provide good carb counts and summaries.
A "calorie centered" graph would show fewer percentage carbs as insoluble fiber has 0 calories.

My FitDay summary looks like this;

Fat  67%
Protein 22%
Carbs 4%

It probably does Tony. Sparkpeople calculated that  I ate 1,079 calories, 61 non net carbs (17 net) and 62 grams of fat.

Here's what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast
Low Carb Flaxmeal Griddle Cakes
Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 tbsp
Land O Lakes, Salted Whipped Butter, 1 Tbsp
Stater Bros Sugar Free Syrup 1/4 cup
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz

Lunch
chicken breast strips, grilled, Foster Farms (frozen), 3 oz
Great Value Sugar Snap Stir-Fry 3/4 cup
Cauliflower, cooked, 100 grams
Trader Joe's Organic Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp

Dinner
Cauliflower, cooked, 1 cup
House Foods - Tofu Shirataki - Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute, 4 oz
Bertolli Light Alfredo Sauce, 0.25 cup
chicken breast strips, grilled, Foster Farms (frozen), 3 oz

Snacks
Mahler's California Lifestyle Flax Soy Bread, 2 slices
Land O Lakes, Salted Whipped Butter, 2 Tbsps
Vita's Low Carb Tortilla, 7" Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla

Today was payday. I bought 2 weeks of food for only $60. Had to get everything on sale. Only meats under $3.00 a lb. So bought only chicken & beef. Also bought vegetables at the Mexican Market. I am dicing & slicing then measuring and weighing all vegetables to make sure I watch the carbs and that they stretch to 14 days. Most of my veggies were 25¢ and 50¢ a lb. I also bought 1/2 gallon heavy whipping cream and 1/2 gallon of unsweetened almond milk.

For the Jobs Daughters Grand Bethel we will be eating out at restaurants for lunch 3 days and dinner 3 days. The hotel has breakfast but I doubt it's not low carb friendly. I plan to make low carb waffles, freeze them and bring them in a cooler bag. Will also bring sugar free syrup, Mini Moo half & half creamers, my homemade sugar-free ketchup, nuts, roasted edamame etc.

Today we will start sewing skirts. All council members and girls wear outfits made with same fabric. We all go out & pick out the fabric together. Mary & I are the only ones making our own. Everyone else is either having a family member make them or paying a seamstress. To save time, we are just making skirts. Mary is making herself a gathered skirt, I am making myself a straight skirt that has slits on the sides. The material is pink & white chevron design.

Today I made chicken fajitas. I season the 3 oz chicken, 3/4 c bell peppers & 2 tbsp onion with 2 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp chili powder and 1 tbsp fresh lime juice. It was delicious!

Solid menu Susie, the carb total on your pie chart would be high for me.

That's what I thought too, Doug.
But I also agree that Susie's menu looks good.

Thanks, Umpa!... Been there for about a month now. :)
But since I'm a living organism, my weight varies 2-3 pounds up and down from goal.
