New to program

Hi All!!

I have been following the program now for three weeks.  I feel great!!  Lost a small amount of weight but feeling frustrated it hasn't been more.  I'm a yoyo dieter and I am just tired of being fat.  This forum has been a huge help for ideas and motivation Thank u all for that!!!!  Just wondering why I'm not seeing results as fast as some others??  I know I didn't gain it in a day..... I just don't want to be a quitter anymore!

Used to be a yo-yo'er myself.  It might take a while for you to get used to the new lifestyle.  Hang in there and keep the faith.  It really works!

Take your measurements and pay attention to the way  your clothes fit.Women tend to lose inches before pounds.Its simple science stay the course and it will work.Twenty carbs or less.Which usually messes people up is condiments or splenda ;) If I can help you please ask.

Welcome to the FTS family, Blondie!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)

I'm 62 years old and have tried just about everything to lose weight (short of surgery).
In going from one plan to another, I was yo-yoing like crazy.
Every time I lost weight, I would soon gain it all back + more.
As a result, when I started FTS, I was at the highest weight of my entire life! :o

I've been living the FTS lifestyle since August 2010.
And I'm healthier and fitter now than I was 30 years ago.
As time went by, the FTS lifestyle became easier and easier.
It's become so easy, I could NEVER imagine going back to my old ways.

You too can get to that point. But you MUST have a deep and sincere desire to get healthier.
This means you CANNOT allow ANY thoughts of quitting enter your mind!!!
FTS will not disappoint you. But your own mind can, IF you allow negative thoughts.

As far as being slow at starting, be sure your not allowing carbs to sneak in to your daily menu... Carb creep!
Two of the most common offenders are condiments and dressings.

I was one of the slowest losers in the FTS family.
But since I realized I was not in a race, I knew patience would pay off... And it did! ;D

The science behind FTS is rock solid.
So give FTS a 100% commitment. And FTS will give you 100% success.

Thanx Guys!!! I can totally relate Tony ;).  Great advice Umpa!!Ummm sooo I love Splenda??!!  I must have missed that memo.....hmmmmmmmm gotta go search that one!!

Doug is right, Blondie!... I have NEVER tasted a better sweetener in my life! ;D ;D ;D

ZERO really has the sweetness of cane sugar without any bad aftertaste.
That's because it's sucralose (the same stuff that makes cane sugar, sweet).

I keep a couple of extra bottles on hand just so I never run out.
