Wow Doug!!!... :o Those baked goods look absolutely mouthwatering! :o

I see the Carrot Cake there too (Second row. Far right).
If the other recipes are half as good as that one, I'll know I've died and gone to heaven!  :) :) :)

The Bakery Book is so much more than I ever imagined in my wildest imaginations! HOLY MOLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot wait to choose one and get started...but my my my.....how to choose.....dang!!!!!!!!!!!

Doug and Umpa have outdone themselves once again!

Doug & Umpa, what a great book, thank you!!!!!!!!!!  I have to sit down and make a grocery list.  It's a toss-up what to make first, the Golden Flax Seed Bread or the Hearty Country Loaf.  Decisions, decisions!!

Well I made the Golden Flax Seed Bread and it is delicious!!  Baking in the oven it had that wonderful yeast smell that I love.  It raised up beautifully!!  I kept looking through the glass while it was baking.  I think my husband got tired of me saying how beautiful my loaf of bread looked.  When done baking the recipe says to shut off the oven and leave the door open a crack for 15 minutes before removing the loaf of bread.  I opened the oven to the first notch which was about 6 inches open and within minutes of the cooling period my beautiful round top loaf of bread went flat.  I guess when the instructions say to crack open the oven door, Umpa really means crack the door.  I should have openend slightly and propped it open with a wooden spoon or something not too thick to just let a little air in to cool the oven and the bread for the 15 minutes.  So even though it doesn't look as pretty as it started out, it still tastes wonderful.  I can't wait to try the other breads, etc. in the Bakery Book.  Thanks again Doug & Umpa!!
