I have just returned from a visit to the Ottawa Valley to see my family. I reside in Edmonton AB. I am the second oldest of 7 children. Four of my siblings are diabetic and 3 of them are obese. Five years ago I donated a kidney to one of my diabetic brothers and the other one is going to be on dialysis within a year. I am about 20 lbs. overweight and of course would like to lose that. But more importantly, I think that this book would be a source of inspiration for my entire family.  I would be thrilled if I could receive this book. Thank you.
