Stuffed Jalapeno w/neufchatel cheese wrapped in bacon

My husband and I bought 6 Jalapenos, cleaned them out, filled with cream cheese and wrapped them in 1/2 piece of bacon.  Yummy

6 jalapenos
6 slices bacon (sugar free)
4 oz neufchatel cheese (less fat)

Cut jalapenos in half and clean out the seeds and membrane.  You now have 12 halves.  Fill each half with cream cheese or neufchatel cheese so it's level with the top. Take the six pieces of bacon and cut in half and wrap each piece with bacon and secure with tooth pics.  Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes until done.   Let cool slightly.  They will be milder if you clean them out good.

6 stuffed jalapenos = about 5 net carbs
(almost 2 oz of cheese per 6 halves is 4 carbs/3 jalapenos is 1.2 carbs)

I stole this from someone else and made it low carb. lol  It's cream cheese just less fat but tastes the same.  It's right beside the cream cheese blocks. ;)
