General Discussion / Need a hand to get started right
« Last post by Liem on September 04, 2024, 04:14:29 PM »
Hey everyone, I’m kinda new to this whole weight loss and low-carb diet thing... I’m trying to get motivated, but I’m not super active on forums, mostly spend my time on Twitter (though I feel like my tweets are invisible, probably because of that shadowban thing). Anyway, if you have any simple tutorials or tips for a beginner, I’d really appreciate it!

Bear Den / Newly skinny in the dating word
« Last post by Marc12 on April 24, 2024, 06:10:07 AM »
Hi,

My name is Julien, I am a french guy who just lost 62kg (140kg to around 78kg). Recently I am back on dating sites as a "normal" guy and not a fat guy anymore.
How do you do it ??? I still feel like the same guy, I have zero confidence and I am scared that a girl would laugh at me even though I go to the gym, I put on muscles and everything...
Any tips ? Advice ?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know your thoughts about dating after a quite big weight loss. I lost around 50 kg and even if I feel better than ever, I still struggle to be confident while going on date or talking to men on dating apps ! Tips ?

General Discussion / Losing weight to find the love of your life
« Last post by Daril on August 10, 2023, 01:35:45 AM »
Hello,

Losing weight to stop being single can be a personal journey towards greater self-confidence and general well-being. It's about adopting a healthier lifestyle and feeling more comfortable in your own skin. While finding a partner isn't solely determined by physical appearance, feeling better about yourself can radiate positive energy and make social interactions more enjoyable. Ultimately, the focus should be on self-improvement for a happier, healthier life, with any potential relationship just a gratifying bonus along the way.

Hello,

It's true that polyol-based chocolate may be a better option for controlling blood sugar levels than regular chocolate. However, it is important to take into account the different impacts on the blood depending on each person, and to monitor your carbohydrate intake, especially if you are following a ketogenic diet.

Thank you for letting me know that the GG crispbread was available on Amazon. It's always nice to have other options when the website is out of stock. Speaking of alternatives, just like with GG Crispbread, it's good to know that there are different avenues to explore one's fantasies when playing free online vr porn games.

The SpeedyPaper review by the Reddit expert Kevin is the best proof of the website’s quality. Whoever willing to get qualified academic assistance can check the article and make their own choice after.

Hello,

Of course there are not many calories in these types of chocolate, but you have to go easy.
