Tortilla filling or Dip

1 lb ground beef.
1/4 cup of onions
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
8 oz sour cream
1 cup monterey jack/colby shredded

Brown beef and onion. Add sour cream, whipping cream,& cheese. Put mixture in a 8x8 pan bake in 375 oven for 15 minuites . Fill your low carb tortilla or use it as a dip for pork skins .

Yields: 2 1/2 cups.

Sounds really great, It would go well with "celery scoops"....the wide end of a celery stalk used as a shovel.... No double dipping though!  :o
