Taby I find that if you are using the erythritol as a sweetener, if you use a mixture it is a much better result.  I'm guessing that is why Truvia was born.  It's a mix as well.  I would do 3/4 erythritol to 1/4 EZ-Sweetz.  I like things sweet too so I usually add a few extra drops in for good measure  ;)

Hi Morgan, thank you. Took her to lunch at seafood place with a gift card and now home. Taking her shopping in a little bit with her birthday money from family members. Took her to Wondercon, a movie, tv & comic fan convention. That was her big gift from me. I bought the tickets last February and went to it 4 days ago.
She doesn't like having a big birthday party anymore, so I decorate for the 2 of us. But next year...hmmm, might surprise her.  :D
