Title: Scott in Florida - 18 weeks
Post by: scottinflorida on January 05, 2011, 08:04:49 AM
This was a big week - today was the first weight check of 2011, and after the holidays. I'm happy.  This week I am down another 2.4 pounds, and my weight is in the "Two-Teens" for the first time in a long time.  Another 1.2 pounds and I will join the 40-Pounds-Lost Club.  Almost halfway to my goal.

Obviously this way of eating is responsible for my success to date.  Thank you Doug and Umpa.  But I have to say, just being a part of this forum and communicating with wonderful people doing the same thing has played a big part as well.  It's a great thing!  Doug, maybe the next edition of the book should emphasize the importance of collaboration on the forum.

Have a great week everyone!

That's fantastic Scott!!!  :) :) :)

I'm still stuck since the Christmas celebrations.
But that's OK... It serves me right for overdoing it during the holidays.

Since "stalls" normally last about 2 weeks, I expect to start losing again soon.

Congratulations Scott, Last time I was on here you were just starting.  This program works and it gives all of us so much hope.  Good Luck in the New Year and your weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/)! All of us root for each other and it means something to know we aren't alone.  Hope
