I love grilled veggies! It is one of my favorites. Almost all grill food is carb friendly, the spagetti falls through the grates of the grill beebs.I also like to make coleslaw for my cookouts.Doug makes a wasabi coleslaw that is great!

Umpa,  The slaw sounds wonderful.  Wish I had seen the recipe yesterday, would've been great with the pork tenderloin I grilled!

Stevia is in all grocery stores. You can buy a plant, buy it spoonable like sugar, or in prepared packets.I like the Stevita brand.i think the most common is truvia. When you see stevia in recipes you can subsitute whatever sweetener you like. ;D

I read the label the other day on truvia I thought it had cane sugar in it also. I found a store in my area that sells stivia powder pure very concentrated a finger nail size serving is all ya need. Very strong.

In Truvia, the carbohydrates come from Erythritol - a sugar alcohol that passes through your system mostly undigested. since the body doesn't break it down, you don't get energy/calories from it.It is marketed as safe for diabetics.
