I am gonna get doug to help me with this one .It can be done.My mom and dad are coming to visit and I just put it on the menu for doug to make.My dad loves chinese! Will post with pictures.  ;)

That is Tylers favorite food He can do without the rice but loves the chicken . We stopped eating the resturant General TSO then we found the Tyson General TSO and it was very good . His sugar went up quite a bit with it also ,not as bad as the resturaunt . Thanks Umpa & Doug !

Sharlet I need konjac flour to make this for the cornstarch replacement.I have ordered it from miracle noodle and soon as it arrives I will make this and post.

This does look good… I am new here and have been amazed at the recipes you folks tweek.. and how good they look.. I also  downloaded the cookbook. cleaned out my kitchen. and went grocery shopping.. :) I am looking foward to sharing recipes with you all.. Thanks Umpa and Doug for all your inspiration on the real way to cook..!

Welcome deblynbr.  I ordered Konjac Glucomannan Powder today and plan to try the Cauli Rice with this recipe.

i love the Konjac Glucomannan Powder/flour Amber! I have had mine almost a year and still haven't put a dent in it! A little goes a long way.Its the only way to get that thin crispy coating they use in Chinese restaurants.It stays crispy in the fridge too for leftovers.I also use it as a thickener for my pies and sauces.Let me know what you think :)
