Made the Chicken Cordon Bleu from Doug's video for dinner last night.  Nice dish and would be impressive for company!   :)

I always make extra so I can slice it  into pinwheels and keep it in the fridge to snack on the next day ;)

Made this last night!... We LOVED it!!!

I changed it slightly by stuffing with Jarlsberg Swiss cheese and putting some Chipolte sauce on top.
The last 5 minutes of baking, also topped each with a thick slice of marbled cheddar (Monterrey jack & cheddar blend).

DEEELISH!!!! ;D ;D ;D

Sounds great mouseissue.  As you can see from my photo I sliced the chicken breast and stuffed it where Doug made a "pocket".  I used Canadian Bacon instead of ham (just what I had in fridge).  This is something I will make often.

Hi Sarah! :)

One of the many neat things about FTS recipes is that you can make a lot of variations and still lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/)! ;D
This is not true of most programs.

My company was amazed at how wonderful I can eat and lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/). We had Tyler's brownies for dessert - only I've been seeing on pinterest that they put candy in brownies, so I put a piece of Russel Stover's sugar-free chocolate covered carmels on top of our brownie cupcakes and put them in the oven until they melted a little, then spread them out with a fork - in the pattern you use for peanut butter cookies. They were delightful!!! I should have taken a picture, but didn't have time.

My buddy Chi use to make a chicken recipe that was yummy. He would cut a pocket in a chicken breast Put a slice of swiss and put apricot jelly (you could use sugarfree or make your own)on top of the cheese and close it up.It was so good! :)
