Skinny Crisps - low carb gluten free cracker. Plain Jane, White Sesame, Toasty Onion, Say Cheese, Cinnamon & Brownie. Net carb varies depending on flavor! How big is each cracker? The flavor with the lowest carb count is still 1/2 carb per cracker. That can add up pretty quickly. Portion control would have to be priority.

I agree with Donna!
Chickpea flour has 13 net carbs per ounce! :o
Since it's listed as the #2 ingredient, I'd be very cautious with them.
In fact, I personally would not buy them for that reason.

They are about 2 x 2 - portion control is required.
