Title: Just Broke 75 Pound Loss Mark!!!

Hi Gang! :)

I'm a happy camper today!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

This morning, the scale reported that I've lost just over 75 pounds so far!
I've spent months in a virtual standstill. But lately, the scale has begun to move again.

I've been building new muscle mass due to the amount of activity (work) around our property.
And since muscle is heavier than FAT, pounds won't disappear as fast.
But the FAT itself, has been going away!

As you may know, I don't place a lot of importance on what the scale says.
Being (and staying) healthier is FAR more important!
However, it is nice when that little number moves downward.

So for all you fellow "turtles" out there... Keep the faith!
If you stick to the FTS rules, sooner or later, the fat AND pounds will disappear. 8)

Yeah for you sweet Tony  !!!!!!!  we all know that I am the turtle that gave up had I been the turtle that stayed strong like you I would be where you are today .

If it had not been for the inspiration that I've received from you great folks,
I probably would have fallen away from FTS a long time ago.

With people such as yourselves and the FTS program, there is no good reason
why anyone should not be successful reaching their weight goals.
All anyone needs to bring to the table is genuine desire and real commitment... The rest is a slam dunk! 8)

I'm privileged and honored to be among such wonderful, caring, and loving people.
