Title: I'm back

 I am so sad that I got away from this diet. I was doing so well and got sidetracked with different things.  I am back and going to make it this time. I can see that many of you are still here and have lost weight since I was last here. I'm hoping to catch up with all of you. Anyway, I'm glad to be back. You are all a great support team.

Yes it does. I am now 295 again. I was down to 280 and back to 295 now. I am hoping to get to 275, my first goal, my final goal will be 160.

As you've learned, the FTS lifestyle will only work as long as you keep living it.

Notice I said "lifestyle" and NOT "diet"!

To keep the FAT away, we MUST continue watching our carb intake for the rest of our lives.
You've learned through first hand experience what will happen when we don't.
So use that knowledge to your benefit!
