I need to get the weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) moving in the right direction again, so I'm starting a new contest/challenge! Basically I want to see how low in carbs we can eat for a week or more if you'd like to do that!!
If you'd like to join this challenge, post your menu, at the end of each day, including everything that you put into your mouth and how much you eat along with the carbs that you counted for those things! (ex: 6 (or however many you eat) cheddar pork rinds - 0 carbs OR 1 cup unsweetened almond milk - 0 carbs, etc.) Also make sure you include how many ounces of water you drink during the day!!!
This accountability of posting what I eat really helps me to get back on track and start seeing the pounds drop off again! I don't know about you, but "carb creep" has begun happening in my house mostly with my portions getting larger than they should be!!
So join me in getting back on track and let's see how low you can go!!! ;D

Do you have Doug's Carb and Sugar Counter? I have been looking through it to find green beans (fresh from the garden today). 1/2 cup is 2.9 g of carbs and 3/4 tsp of sugar. Last week I ate two bowlfuls with cornbread a definate no no. I will definately watch my portion size. One cup. They are just so good! I do have a secret recipe for you and your contest. You would be suprised how many time sodium is a culprit. Drink this for a week and you could lose up to 5 pounds.
16 oz of water
1 T of sugarfree cranberry juice
2 T of lemon juice
1 dandelion root tea bag
Steep the teabag in the water and remove bag. Stir in juices.
Drink that for seven days in a row and easily lose excess
water bloat.

2 eggs (fresh from our chickens) fried in benecol - 1.2 carbs
1 Umpa McBiscuit - 0 carbs
black coffee 2/ 2T. sf torani syrup & 2 T heavy cream - 0 carbs
8 cheddar pork rinds - 0 carbs
Katary's better than yogurt - .5 carbs
protein shake;
12oz unsweetened almond milk (0 carbs),
1T Walden Farms choc. syrup (0 carbs),
3 spoons of soy protein powder (0 carbs),
2T beanit butter (0 carbs)
1 grilled chicken breast w/Walden Farms honey barbque sauce - 0 carbs
1/2 serving of leftover squash casserole - 1.5 carbs
decaf coffee same as morning - 0 carbs
3 pieces Extra sugarfree keylime pie gum - 0 carbs
90oz ice water
3.7 carbs for the day!
I know that I also need to get more sleep, so I will try to do that starting tonight!! ::)

That's right Umpa! Owensmath and I did this for a long while! It helps me focus and pay better attention to what I eat when I know I have to post it, so here it is! I hope I have some folks that will join me this time!!!! :o
Here's what I ate today:

1/3 cup Walden Farms sf pancake syrup - 0 carbs
8 cheddar pork rinds - 0 carbs
pepperoni & provalone cheese - 0 carbs
protein shake (same as yesterday) - 0 carbs
1/2 bowl of chili - 2 carbs
decaf. coffee - 0 carbs
3.1 total carbs for the day
90+ oz. water
1 piece of extra sugar free gum - 0 carbs

leftover grilled chicken chopped w/mayo. & fresh grated parmesan cheese - 0
better than yogurt - .5
grilled cheese w/OMM flax bread & cheddar cheese- .6

2.8 carbs for the day!!

Thanks Umpa! That's me and my honey on the beach last November! We go there every year with my sisters and their families!!! Soooo much fun!!

Thanks love!! Not sure about the pro part, but I just know that posting helps me!! I'd love to have anyone and everyone join me and start posting and seeing who can go the lowest in carbs!!! It's a really fun challenge for me to see what I can do!!!
